Motherhood is DEMANDING and comes with so many new experiences and new movements we have never done before. We carry car seats, load strollers, lift babies in and out of cribs, and tote our children up and down stairs— the list goes on!

This is a *baby friendly* twice-a-week strength training program that will focus on functional movement, healing, support, and fun! Each day we will work on mobility and body movement to help with full body strength and mindfulness while keeping our core and pelvic health in mind. My goal is to help you feel better, move better, and feel empowered!

About me:

My name is Jessica Sniff. I am a mother, wife, teacher, and part-time trainer. I began training with Jim Eckhart of Arkansas Fitness and Athletics in 2012 and became a trainer at his facility in 2014. My focus is on educating and empowering women through strength training. My journey as a mother began in 2016, and after dealing with a weak core, shoulder/neck and wrist pain, I started applying the same principles from the gym and added them into my new daily activities and demands as a stay at home mom. I know how emotionally and physically draining being a mother can be-- and my goal is to become a resource, supporter, and advocate for you and your body as we go through this journey of motherhood together.
