WHAT WE DO

Arkansas Fitness & Athletics training is semi-private group strength and conditioning lead by certified strength and conditioning expert, Jim Eckhart.

At ‘AFA’, we help you develop better moving bodies through resistance training and keep you in the best condition to thrive. Our approach is adapted from best practices of ‘Functional Movement Training Systems’ and Physical Therapy that you find in competitive athletic training.
